Francesca has gained significant experience in compliance activities, with a focus on tax and IFRS issues, deals with legal audit of accounts and governance and has held numerous positions as a "board member" or member of boards of statutory auditors of companies belonging to different sectors including the financial sector; she is an expert in restructuring and turnaround activities as a financial advisor and as a certifier of concordat and recovery plans; she advises international groups wishing to invest in start up initiatives in Italy and extraordinary finance and M&A transactions as an advisor both from the point of view of the seller and the buyer with particular reference to due diligence activities.It supports insurance companies on regulatory and governance issues. Lecturer in training courses on corporate law and IFRS issues at banking groups, she is the author of specialized publications published by Egea.
